Current Students-Enrollment Verification

Current students can access all their enrollment information directly in Campus Connection. Students can print Enrollment Verification Certificates, view current enrollment information, and view lender and loan deferment status. DePaul forwards enrollment data to the National Student Clearinghouse on a regular schedule.

Employers, Search Firms & 3rd Party Requests-Degree Verification

DePaul University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide verification of degrees for DePaul alumni. Data is sent to the Clearinghouse on a regular schedule, allowing employers and agencies to verify official degree information in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Barat College & Other Custodial Records

DePaul University is the custodian of records for the following institutions: Barat College, Barat College of the Sacred Heart, DePaul Academy High School and DePaul Secretarial School. DePaul issues only official transcripts for these institutions. To order a transcript click here.
